• Program & Project Management: We manage all components of large-scale projects including planning, engineering, procurement, construction, installations, and inspections.  Our oversight responsibilities cover the entire project life cycle.

• Construction Management/Monitoring: We manage the installation phase, performing constructability reviews on engineering designs and monitoring construction contractors and staff.

• Project Engineering: Our team coordinates scope definition, routing review, and turnover of engineering deliverables.

Our Owner’s Representatives work with your current contractors or bring our pre-approved sub-contractors to the table to make sure your needs are met. (Our sub-contractors are prescreened and pre-approved to make sure they meet our rigorous quality standards. All staff also go through a drug screening and background checks.)
